Install Microsoft Office Visio 2003, if it is not installed

Install the Microsoft Visual Studio 2 Framework, if it is not installed. 
(Visual Studio is not required. Another Compiler can be used. The .NET Framework is obligatory!)
USE THE .NET 2 Framework ONLY. EARLIER VERSIONS HAVE NOT BEEN TESTED AND MAY NOT WORK!

Create a directory and extract the zipped file into this folder (e.g. c:\Programms\ActiveChartsIDE)

Install the Microsoft.Office.Interop.Visio.dll contained in the O2003PIA (Microsoft Office 2003 Primary Interop Assemblies):
